Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

We currently deliver throughout South Africa.

Estimated delivery times:

Major cities: 2–7 business days

Regional and outlying areas: 3–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

From time to time, SecureNest SA may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. SecureNest SA is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.
